On 19th of November, Mario Caputi from Italy held a full day lecture on Leadership and Softskills for our students. Mario Caputi is an international management consultant and executive trainer. Owner and MD of in2it.

Some of the most important elements of effective leadership such as team management, communication and time management were discussed and addressed in this lecture. Softskils are very important for our students’ future work careers as leaders, and to enable them to be agile professionals.
